How to confirm if this product fits my car?
All our products are marked with original OE numbers. You only need to check that the OE number on the product details page is exactly the same as the OE number of your original car parts to ensure 1:1 perfect fit. You can also provide your car VIN code, model year, and original OE number to our customer service for precise matching.
Is the installation hole position and size exactly the same as the original parts?
All our products use 1:1 original mold opening, produced in strict accordance with the original size parameters. The installation hole position, fit gap and appearance size are completely consistent with the original parts, which can be installed seamlessly without modification, suitable for all auto repair shop scenarios.
How long is the product warranty period? What does the warranty cover?
We provide a 12-month quality warranty for all products. The warranty covers raw material defects, production process defects, and performance failures under normal use. Damage caused by man-made damage, improper installation, or external impact is not covered. During the warranty period, we can provide free reissue, replacement or corresponding compensation for quality problems.
Can you provide samples? How much is the sample fee?
We support sample orders for all products. The sample fee is charged at the wholesale price of the product, and the freight is borne by the buyer. When you place a bulk order later and reach the corresponding MOQ, the sample fee can be fully refunded.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) of the product?
For regular in-stock products, there is no mandatory MOQ, 1 piece is available for wholesale. For customized OEM/ODM products, the MOQ is determined according to the product category and customization requirements, usually 50-100 pieces, which can be negotiated.
Do you support OEM/ODM customization? What can be customized?
As a professional factory, we fully support OEM/ODM customization services, including product mold development, appearance/size customization, color/surface treatment customization, packaging customization, brand LOGO printing customization, etc. You only need to provide drawings, samples or specific requirements, and we can complete the whole process of customized development and mass production for you.
