How about the quality of the parts?
All components undergo a 100% inspection & test before shipment. You can also contact us immediately if you meet any quality issues; our quality team will support you to solve your questions as soon as possible. We can also provide the OQC report to you upon request.
How to get a quotation?
Please provide the Part name, OE number & Request quantity. You can also show us the part's pictures and the vehicle's model if you don't know the OE number information (please let us know if you have other additional requirements). We will then provide the quotation.
How to discuss product details, delivery type, unit price, and contract terms?
You can contact us via our online inquiry system or communication channels. We can schedule a digital meeting to address and discuss your specific topics and concerns.
How long is the shipment/delivery time?
It depends on the quantity of your order. For single or small batches of parts, it takes about 7-15 days. For mass batches, we need to request our plant to produce the parts, which can take about 15-30 days. Please confirm the lead time with us before ordering.
What is the warranty policy for the parts?
We offer a 1-year warranty on our automotive parts, including the Car LED Tail Light. Please ensure the parts are installed properly, and feel free to reach out for after-sales support if any performance issues arise.
